INGREDIENTS (4 people)
200 g Bresaola della Valtellina PGI
100 g Grana Padano PDO Riserva
2 Williams pears
1 bunch rocket
1 lemon, juice
extra virgin olive oil
Prepare the ingredients:
– shavings of Grana Padano PDO
– cut the pears into thin slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice
– cut the slices of Bresaola della Valtellina into 4 parts
Compose the dish:
In a plate or in a bowl, combine the slices of bresaola, rocket, shavings of Grana Padano PDO Riserva and pear slices, dress with olive oil, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
