Typical Veneto cheese with a sweet taste. Aged for 25 to 30 days on fir wood boards that help to give the product its characteristic flavor.
Storage: in the refrigerator at a temperature of 4°.
In case of mold clean the product by rinsing and rubbing it with water.
It is advisable to consume it at room temperature accompanied by various sliced meats, bread and breadsticks.
