Grana Padano is a hard, semi-fat Italian DOP cheese.
It is produced in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Piedmont, Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto with raw, partially skimmed cow’s milk, milked no more than twice a day from cows fed according to precise rules.
Grana Padano PDO requires a long aging and despite being derived from milk it is lactose free.
Rich in proteins, calcium and phosphorus, it is easily digestible and therefore suitable for consumers of all ages.
Pairings:
• Excellent as a table cheese or grated on the pasta.
• Ideal paired with white wines in the case of younger aging and with red wines for older ones.
• Perfect paired with beer and honey.
The rich nutritional properties of Grana Padano make it very versatile: on any occasion it can accompany aperitifs, dinners and tasting platters.

Allergens: Milk, lysozyme.

Naturally lactose free.
