An organic Italian pumpkin puree is added to the semi-wholemeal durum wheat pasta.
Many properties recognized by pumpkin, due to the presence of beta-carotene, essential to our body for the formation of vitamin A and useful in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. There are also B vitamins and vitamin E, which is appreciated for its antioxidant capacity. Pumpkin is rich in mineral salts, aminoacids and fibers important for intestinal regulation. The result is a paste with a delicate taste, almost sweet, an autumn delicacy, but essential in our daily diet.
